- Solicitation Amendment 0001 Conform Document Solicitation Amendment 0001 The purpose of this Amendment 0001 is to extend the Solicitation closing date to January 9, 2013; 10:00 AM. In addition, other changes have been incorporated in this amendment. See Solicitation for details. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Synopsis Amendment 0001 This Synopsis amendment is to issue solicitation W912C3-13-Q-0001 Food Services. Please note that Pre-Solicitation meeting date had change to 29 Nov 2012; 10:00 AM. Meeting location and installation access instruction remains unchanged. See solicitation for more details. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Original The Mission & Installation Contracting Command - Fort Buchanan, Puerto Rico has a Request for Quote (RFQ) No. W912C3-13-Q-0001 Food Services for 80th Training Command 5th Brigade 94th Division. One or Multiple Firm Fixed-Price Blank Purchase Agreement will be awarded from this requirement. The solicitation will be issued on or about 13 Nov 2012. The opening date of the RFQ is on or about 12 Dec 2012 (see solicitation for the specific date). This solicitation is issued as a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. All responsible sources are invited to submit quote under this solicitation. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code applicable to this requirement is 722310. The size standard is $35.5 M. Hard copies of the solicitation document will not be available. All interested parties are responsible for monitoring the Federal Business Opportunity website at http://www.fbo.gov for status of solicitation and amendments, if any. The quote and amendments, if any, can be submitted through the Army Single Face to Industry (ASFI) at https://acquisition.army.mil/asfi/ via the secure Bid Response System on or before the closing time and date. Timely hard copies quotes will be accepted. Contractors may use the automated bidder response on the Army Single Face to Industry website: https://acquisition.army.mil/asfi/. However, the system is not managed by the Mission Installation Contracting Command -Fort Buchanan, Puerto Rico. For that reason, you have to ensure the system did actually accept and properly posted all documents intended to be submitted. The system sometimes does give errors. Please Note: If the quote is not properly posted by date and time due for submission of quote and/or quote is not complete when downloaded by the Mission Installation Contracting Command - Fort Buchanan, Puerto Rico, the quote may not be eligible for consideration for award. A pre-solicitation meeting will be held on 28 Nov 2012; 1:00 PM at MICC - Fort Buchanan Building 399 Chrisman Road Suite 101 Fort Buchanan, PR 00934. This meeting will be conducted to fully explain the requirement to the vendors.
