Description

The Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center, VISN 6 Network Contracting Office (NCO), on behalf of Veterans Administration Medical Center Richmond, is conducting market research through this sources sought notice to seek sources to provide maintenance and support for the Intellispace System at Hunter Holmes McGuire VA Medical Center, 1201 Broad Rock Blvd, Richmond, VA 23249. A. General Requirements Contractor to maintenance and support for the Intellispace Event management (Emergin) system at the Hunter Holmes McGuire VA Medical Center, 1201 Broad Rock Blvd, Richmond, VA 23249. B. Maintenance Vendor shall provide maintenance and support for the Intellispace System including software upgrades, remote access utilizing VPN services for troubleshooting and diagnostics. Emergency support 24/7. C. Period of Performance-Coverage Period Maintenance contract to cover the period from 01/01/2013 - 12/31/2013. D. Option Years-the contract will have a base year (FY 13) with four option years." The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this acquisition is 811412, Size Standard: 500 Employees and the Classification code is 6525. All information is to be submitted at no cost or obligation to the Government. This is a sources sought notice only. This is not a solicitation and does not obligate the Government to issue a solicitation. The information submitted will be reviewed by the Government technical representatives for considering future requirements. Responses to this notice should include the following: name and address of company, business size, and any other pertinent information that demonstrates firm's ability to meet the above requirement.
