- Notice of Intent _ J&A A J&A will be submitted for PARC-Dallas approval. Due to task orders awarded in FY12 and prior years, the subject IDIQ is at or near exhaustion of capacity prior to expiration of the period of performance. Additional capacity is required to award unexercised options on two task orders awarded at end of FY12 as well as to support any unforeseen mandatory contract modifications on existing FY11 and FY12 task orders. More specifically, additional capacity is requested to exercise options for FY12 task orders for McGuire AFB (two unexercised option CLINs and Hanscom AFB (eight unexercised option CLINs ).
