ACH Vendor Payment Form Representations & Certifications Trade Agreements Certificate Trade Agreements Clause 52.225-5 (Nov 2012) Business Mgt Questionnaire ASTM F1085-10 Specification Cover Letter & Solicitation CT2111-13 This is a solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.2 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; offers are being requested and the solicitation will be available at the Federal Business Opportunities website. The solicitation number is CT2111-13 and this solicitation is issued as a Request for Proposals (RFP). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-62. The North American Industry Classification System code is 337910 Mattress Manufacturing, the SBA small business size standard is 500 employees. This requirement is unrestricted. UNICOR, Federal Prison Industries, Inc. intends to enter into a three-year, firm-fixed-price with 2 one-year options, Requirements type contract for the following commercial item: Innersprings for the manufacture of Quarters bedding mattresses for sale to the GSA and other federal agencies.
