- City Limit of Greenwood, MS General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: Mississippi City: Greenwood Delineated Area: City of Greenwood, MS including the CDB, See attached map Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 6,900 (900 for warehouse space) Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 7,935 Space Type: Office/warehouse/storage Parking Spaces (Total): 19 Parking Spaces (Surface): 0 Parking Spaces (Reserved and Secured): 19 secured Full Term: 10-year Firm Term: 5-year Additional Requirements: Offered office space should be of professional quality. Warehouse space and office space must be on same site; however, office space may be on more than one floor. Exterior Storage and Parking Space - Warehouse Space for ATVs, trailers, boats, tools. Warehouse will include: o Be attached to office space within fenced parking area o Unheated and uncooled, lighted with power receptacles o Have 2 to 4 bay areas equipped with overhead garage doors and floor drains o Must be pull in/pull through storage area for vehicles o There must be unrestricted access to loading area in that immediate access will be needed throughout the day o Have utility/laundry sink with hot and cold water o 2 utility water spigots for hose hook up - Parking Spaces will include: o 19 spaces for government owned vehicles immediately adjacent to office secured by fence with gate 20' minimum width. Fenced area will have security lights. Warehouse space will be included within this fenced area o Government vehicle/equipment security is critical o 8 spaces for client parking between building and street, 2 of these spaces will be designated handicap parking o 10 spaces for employee parking within 2 blocks of office (preferably adjacent) Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 100 year flood plain.
