- Special Notice: The U.S. Department of Commerce (DOC), National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), National Weather Service (NWS), National Reconditioning Center (NRC) is awarding a Purchase Order Modification for the repair and calibration services for the following equipment: 6 each FM/AM COMMUNICATION MONITOR/SPECTRUM ANALYZER, IFR MODEL 1200 SUPER S, WITH OPTIONS 2, 7 & 12, ASN: T342 to Measurement Assurance Technology. Sole Source Justification: The Government only knows of one source, Measurement Assurance Technology. Multiple searches of the Small Business Administration (SBA) Dynamic Small Search did not identify any small business available to compete for this required repair and calibration service. Search parameters included a combination of NAICS codes ‘811219' and key words: ‘repair, spectrum analyzer, Model 1200SSH'; and just key words: ‘repair, spectrum analyzer, Model 1200SSH'; ‘repair, spectrum analyzer, Aeroflex'; ‘repair, Aeroflex'; and ‘repair, Model 1200SSH'. A search of 'Repair spectrum analyzer' 'Aeroflex Model 1200SSH' in GSA's eLibrary also returned no matches.
