- This is a presolicitation notice for the acquisition of Army Direct Care Medical Services (ADCMS Generation II) Healthcare Providers (HCPs) for locations in Europe for the Europe Regional Medical Command and the United States Air Forces in Europe (USAFE). The contractor shall furnish supervision, labor, materials, supplies, and equipment necessary to perform all services contemplated under this contract. The place of performance: Army: Landstuhl Regional Medical Center (LRMC), Bavaria Medical Department Activity (BMEDDAC) and all respective outlying clinics throughout Germany, and the U.S. Army Health Center, Vicenza, Italy. USAFE: Lakenheath Air Base, United Kingdom, Ramstein, Geilenkirchen, Spangdahlem Air Bases, Germany and Aviano Air Base, Italy Medical Treatment Facilities. The contractor shall provide the following providers: For LRMC: 24 Licensed Clinical Social Worker. For BMEDDAC: (3) Family Medicine Physicians, (1) Pediatric Nurse Practitioner, (1) Physician Assistant, (1) Pharmacist, (1) Optometrist, and (1) Licensed Clinical Social Worker. For Lakenheath: (2) OR Nurse, (1) Registered Nurse - Family Practice, (2) Family Practice Physician, (3) Registered Nurse - OB/GYN, (1) Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA), (1) Women's Health Nurse Practitioner, (1) Anesthesiologist - Pain Management, (1) Family Practice Nurse Practitioner, (1) ER Physician Assistant, (1) General Surgeon, and (1) Post Deploy Health Reassessment Register Nurse. For Ramstein: (1) Family Practice Physician, and (2) Family Practice Physician Assistant. For Geilenkirchen: (1) Registered Nurse, (1) Patient Liaison Services, and (1) Behavioral Health Nurse Practitioner. For Spangdahlem: (1) Pharmacist, (1) Women Health Nurse Practitioner, (1) Post Deploy Health Reassessment Practical Nurse, (1) Post Deploy Health Reassessment Family Provider, (1) Patient Liaison Services, (1) Family Health Disease Management Nurse, (1) Referral Manager, (1) Special Needs Licensed Clinical Social Worker, and (1) Behavioral Health Psychologist. For Aviano, Italy: (1) Anesthesiologist - Pain Management, (2) Inpatient/Outpatient Coders, (2) Health Services Administrator, (6) Licensed Practical Nurse, (2) Medical Services Coordinator, (5) Registered Nurse, (1) Pharmacist, (5)Family Practice Physician, (1)Physician Assistant, (2) Psychologists, and (2) Licensed Clinical Social Workers. The anticipated performance period will be a twelve-month base year with four twelve-month option periods. This acquisition will be solicited as a unrestricted, full and open competition basis via release of a Request for Proposal. A source selection to be conducted using FAR Part 15.101-2, Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) procedures. The ensuing contract will be a personal service contract. A single Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity type contract with firm fixed price hourly rates will be awarded as a result of this solicitation. Estimated Request for Proposal Issue to be released in December 2012. Estimated Proposal Closing Date will be 30 days after the RFP released date. This will be an electronic solicitation release.
