- The solicitation is for 1 NSN that is a Storage Battery; Solicitation number is SPM7LX-13-X-0023; This proposed procurement will be for a written indefinite delivery purchase order (IDPO) and will contain an option clause to extend the contract period one or more times at the discretion of the Government. The total contract period shall not exceed two years - (base year plus 1 one year option period). The solicitation is for a 100% total small business set-aside; The solicitation will be FOB destination and indefinite quantities will be delivered to various locations; the issue date is December 3, 2012 and the closing date is December 13, 2012; copies of the solicitation are posted to the following website on the issue date of the solicitation: https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/RFP. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based on a combination of price, past performance, delivery and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation; instructions for obtaining drawings are explained in the solicitation; the NSNs are as follows:6140-01-576-4249
