Description

NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center Norfolk - Philadelphia Office intends to acquire on a sole source basis, under the authority of 10 USC2304(1), only one responsible source, as implemented by FAR 6.302-1, with NCS Pearson Inc. for the acquisition of CompTIA exam vouchers via Pearson Vue, a technology-enabled testing and assessment service for certification exams. This effort involves the purchasing of exam vouchers for CompTIA certification exams to be redeemed at Authorized Pearson VUE Testing Centers. Specifically, the three different certification vouchers: Security+ SYO-301; CompTIA A 220-701; CompTIA A 220-702. The Government anticipates award of a firm fixed price purchase order. The exam vouchers are considered commercial items, and it is anticipated these acquisitions will be conducted in accordance with the provisions for FAR Part 15, contracting by negotiation. This notice of intent is not a request for proposals - however, the Government will consider information receivd by the specified response date. information received as a result of this notice will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination by the Government not to compete this procurement based on responses received is solely within the discretion of the Government, and will not pay for information submitted in response to this notice.
