- U.S. GOVERNMENT General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: Missouri City: Kansas City Delineated Area: North: Interstate 70 South: 27 th Street East: Campbell Street West: Interstate 35 Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 146,572 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 153,901 Space Type: Office Parking Spaces (Total): 28 Full Term: Twenty (20) years Firm Term: Seven (7) years Additional Requirements: Offered space must be above grade and may be provided on multiple levels. The offered space does not have to be vertically contiguous. Vertically contiguous is preferred. Space configuration shall be conducive to an efficient layout. The following space configurations will not be considered: extremely long or narrow runs of space; irregularly shaped space configurations; or other unusual building features adversely affecting usage. Space shall be located in a professional office setting. Interested parties must provide the name of the building, address, location of available space, rentable square feet offered, and contact information of authorized representative. In cases where an agent is representing multiple ownership entities, written acknowledgement/permission to represent multiple interested parties for the same submission is required. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. The proposed leased space shall be fully serviced. Offered space shall not be in the 100-year flood plain.
