Description

The U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) is seeking wireless carriers to provide uninterrupted recurring air-time services comprised of voice, data, and features add-ons for approximately 134 users at the VA Central Office (VACO). Services are currently being provided by T-Mobile. Existing devices and device assignments must remain the same as they currently are. The projected growth during the period of performance (six month base plus six month option period) is 30%. Requirements: 1)Unlimited data (email), internet broadband service, national shared voice pooled minutes, and unlimited Text/PIX/FLIX messaging for approximately 134 existing mobile devices. Bundle Rate Plan features should include, but are not limited to the following: Blackberry/Smartphones - Voice and Data Bundle for Federal Government Rate Plan "Monthly National Shared Pooled Domestic Voice Minutes. Each sharing subscriber's unused anytime minutes will pass to other sharing Subscribers on the same billing account.
