Description

The VA Network 22 Logistic Office intends to enter into sole source procurement with Regents UCSD. This proposed contract action is being conducted under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements, incorporates provisions and clauses as those in effect. This procurement is to provide Life Support Training ART/BART for the clinical staff. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation issued; a separate written solicitation will NOT be issued. Request for quote is RFQ VA-262-13-Q 0244. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 611310 and the small business size standard is considered 7.0M. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based on responses to this notice is solely by the discretion of the Government. The Government shall consider all proposals received by 3:00PM Pacific Standard Time December 13th 2012. Information received is solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement in the future.
