- U.S. GOVERNMENT General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: Virginia City: Richmond Delineated Area: The delineated Area is within the following boundaries: North – Interstate 295 South – Point where Interstate 95 meets Interstate 64 East – Interstate 95. West – Interstate 64 to Interstate 295 Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 15,300 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 15,500 Space Type: Office Parking Spaces (Total): 30 Parking Spaces (Surface): 30 Parking Spaces (Reserved): 0 Full Term: Ten (10) Years Firm Term: Five (5) Years Additional Requirements: *The Government intends to enter into a lease renewal for a period of 5 years for 15,420 ANSI/BOMA Office Area (ABOA) square feet of office and related space. The Government presently occupies this space at 1700 East Parham Road, Richmond, Virginia which expires October 22, 2013 under GSA Lease number GS-03B-60134. The Government has determined for mission-related and economic reasons that it is advantageous to renew its current lease. *The cost of a physical move, as well as the cost of new space alterations will be taken into consideration when determining whether or not relocation is economically advantageous. * Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. The proposed leased space shall be fully serviced. Offered space shall not be in the 100 year flood plain. Expressions of Interest Due: December 14, 2012 Occupancy (Estimated): October 2013 Expressions of Interest shall include the following: 1. Building name and address 2. Available Rentable and ANSI/BOMA square feet 3. Rental Rate per Rentable and ANSI/BOMA square foot 4. Common Area Factor(s) for available space by floor, if applicable 5.
