Description

Responsible Sources Sought for 22th Marine Expeditionary Unit Predeployment Tactical Training. This notice is not a solicitation. This announcement serves as a sources sought notice for the upcoming competitive acquisition for Tactical Training. This notice holds no restriction, but all firms are encouraged, if applicable, to reference their 8(a), HUB Zone, Woman Owned, Service Disabled Veteran-Owned or other small business socioeconomic status. The status must be signed by a company official with authority to bind the company. All potential offerors are reminded, in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) 52.204-99, System for Award Management Registration (Deviation). All companies not registered in the System for Award Management Registration (S.A.M) will make an offeror ineligible for contract award. This sources sought notice is also issued for the purpose of market research in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 10. All businesses capable of providing these products are invited to respond. Any information provided by industry to the Government as a result of this sources sought notice is voluntary. The Government will not pay for any information submitted in response to this sources sought notice. MCI EAST- MCB Camp Lejeune Regional Contracting Office is seeking potential sources who can provide a variety of Predeployment Tactical Training for the 22ND Marine Expeditionary Unit. The applicable NAICS Codes are: 611430 (Management development training); with the small business size standard is $7mil or less annually. The proposed contract will be a commercial Firm Fixed Price contract. The required courses are as follows: CLIN 0001: Six (6) day Close Quarter Combat (CQC) Marksmanship Skills Course for 60 students. Quantity: 1. CLIN 0002 Two (2) days of Close Quarter Combat (CQC) Marksmanship Course base on urban breaching and sniping training for 60 students. Quantity: 1. CLIN 0003: Four (4) day On/Off-Road Combat Ground Mobility Course for 60 students. Quantity: 1. CLIN 0004: Four (4) day Basic CQC Tactics Course for an estimated 60 students. Quantity: 1. CLIN 0005: One (1) day Full Spectrum Supported Situational Training Exercise (STX) Quantity: 1; 60 students. CLIN 0006: Lodging per day for 60 students. Quantity: 19 days CLIN 0007: Breakfast meal, first meal 12 June and last meal 01 July for 60 students. Quantity: 18 days; one meal will not be prepared on the day of the STX CLIN 0008: Lunch meal, first meal 12 June and last meal 01 July for 60 students. Quantity: 18 days; one meal will not be prepared on the day of the STX CLIN 0009: Dinner meal, first meal 12 June and last meal 01 July for 60 students. Quantity: 18 days; one meal will not be prepared on the day of the STX All items and components must be made and manufactured in accordance with DFARS 252-225-7001, Buy American Act and Balance of Payments Program. What are your commercial terms and conditions? Only responsible suppliers need respond.
