- Description
- Red River Army Depot has a requirement M915A3 Repair of truck kits. This contract shall encompass a joint rebuild process between the contractor and Red River Army Depot (RRAD). All vehicles provided to the contractor will be provided as Government Furnished Equipment (GFE). The contractor shall disassemble and rebuild the M915A3 vehicle components listed below. The components, called Kits, shall be delivered to RRAD. The Kits shall be assembled, tested and delivered by the contractor in accordance with the statement of work (SOW). All work completed as part of the rebuild process must meet or exceed the requirements. Contractor's facility must be within 100 miles from the depot. All hired subcontractors must be within 100 miles as well. Subcontractors must be approved by RRAD before the contractor will be authorized to use them. This is a 100% Small Business Set Aside (less than 1000 employees). NAICS Code: 336211. The award shall be made on or about 25 Feb 2013. Any contract awarded as a result of this solicitation will be a DO rated order certified for national defense use under the Defense Priorities and Allocations System (DPAS) (15 CFR 700), and the Contractor will be required to follow all of the requirements of this regulation. Request for proposal will issue on or about 21 Dec 2012 and will be available on the RRAD website: https://www.redriver.army.mil. RFP will close on or about 22 Jan 2013.
