- NSN: 5975-00-296-5324, Rod, Ground. Purchase Request Number 1000005381. This NSN is procured as fully competitive in accordance with a commercial item description, and being solicited as a 100% small business set-a-side. Terms are FOB Destination, Inspection and Acceptance at Destination. Stocked Item. This NSN is a non-critical application item and is not commercial. Requested delivery is 144 Days ARO. Solicited as unrestricted after exclusion of sources. Solicitation will result in an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC). The contract will be effective for a one-year period with provisions included to extend the term of the contract up to four (4) one-year periods. The estimated annual quantity is 1,356 each per contract period. The contract will include a guaranteed minimum quantity of 339 each (base year only) and an annual maximum quantity of 2,712 each. The minimum delivery order is 339 each and the maximum delivery order quantity is 1,356 each. Surge requirements are not applicable. Deliveries will be to DLA stock locations on the east and west coast. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. The solicitation issue date is anticipated to be 30 January 2013. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DIBBS Website https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/ on the issue date cited in the RFP.
