Description

The GLAC (Great Lakes Acquisition Center) is soliciting offers to provide Perfusionist services for the Edward Hine Jr. VA Hospital. The contractor will provide one (1) Cardiopulmonary Board Certified Perfusionist Services on site and two (2) on-call Board Certified Perfusionist. Contract period of performance will be from the due date of award, anticipated December 15, 2012 through November 30, 2013. Contract type is firm-fixed unit price contract. All qualified offerors/firms who believe they can satisfy this requirement are invited and encouraged to provide an offer. Offers shall be evaluated for fair and reasonable pricing, technical capability/qualifications to perform services and satisfactory past performance record. The Government anticipates award of a commercial item service contract to the responsible offeror whose offer provides the best value to the Government.. Offerors are reminded to complete all sections of the solicitation, including the Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items.
