Description

This is a notice of intent of the VISN 20 Network Contracting Officer, 5115 NE 82nd Ave, Suite 203 Vancouver WA 98662, In accordance with FAR Part 6.302-5 and Title 38 USC 8153 to solicit with a single source for a bionic prosthetic system and related services with Otto Bock Health Care. Other persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement by COB December 20th, 2012. Such capabilities information will be used solely for the purpose of determining interested parties for the future procurement of these goods and services for a longer term contract conducted on a competitive basis. A solicitation will be made available by written request and all information shall be furnished at no cost or obligation to the government. A determination by the government to open this requirement for competition based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. All inquiries must be submitted by email to the POC located in this notice.
