- The Department of Veterans Affairs, Michael E. DeBakey VA Medical Center, 2002 Holcombe Blvd, Houston, TX 77030 is soliciting proposals for contractor to provide all labor, supervision, management support, and equipment necessary to provide Pre Sort Mail Processing as identified in the Statement of Work and in accordance with the terms and conditions in the contract. The anticipated Period of Performance for these services is December 26, 2012 through September 30, 2013. This solicitation will result in a firm fixed-price contract. This procurement is a 100% set-aside for Small Businesses. The Request for Quotes (RFQ) number is VA-256-13-Q-0153. The applicable NAICS code is 561499.
