The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), National Center for Immunization and Respiratory Diseases (NCIRD) requires the award of one or more indefinite quantity, indefinite delivery contracts for the purchase of the following pediatric vaccines and estimated quantities manufactured under a current establishment and product license issued by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration: Item Description Quantity 1. Excise Tax: $1.50 Maximum: 30,000 Doses Guaranteed Min: 100 Dose The vaccines to be purchased under the resulting contract(s) will be acquired by 64 of the National Center for Immunization and Respiratory Disease (NCIRD) grantees (the fifty state health departments, several large city programs and current and former U.S. Territories) as provided under Omnibus Budget Reconciliation Act of 1993 and Section 317(j) of the Public Health Service Act. Grantees may also purchase these vaccines using their own state funds. This acquisition will be conducted in accordance with FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items. Vaccines shall be shipped F.O.B. Destination to the 50 states and U.S. territories. The period of performance shall be 12 months from 4/1/2013.
