Description

The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) is seeking to award a non-profit sole source to Eckerd College, Inc., for Conflict Dynamic Profile-Individual and Conflict Dynamics Profile-360 tools to assist with Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) for the Office of Resolution Management (ORM). The statutory of authority permitting this sole source procurement is 41 U.S.C. 253(c)(1) as implemented by FAR Subpart 6.302-1 that only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements for the ADR tools. The applicable NAICS is 611710 for 'Educational Support Services', with a size standard of $7 million. Any interested parties, other than Eckerd College, Inc., that determines their company can satisfy this requirement for the VA, must identify their interests, experience, and capabilities of doing so no later than fourteen (14) days after the post date (December 11, 2012) of this announcement. All interested parties must be registered in the Central Contracting Registration (CCR) database found under www.sam.gov. This notice is for informational purposes only; no formal solicitation will be issued following this announcement.
