- THE SOLICITATION REPLACES SPM4A512R1714. THE QUANTITY IS INCREASED FROM 13 TO 34 EACH. VALID PROPOSALS RECEIVED IN RESPONSE TO SOLICITATION SPM4A512R1714 WILL BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS PROCUREMENT. NSN 1650-01-173-5614, 05F,STRATOLIFTER C/KC AIRCRAFT ACCUMULATOR, HYDRAULIC, PR# 47844409, P/N: 458-50142-501; this is a Critical Application (CI)item. It is not a Critical Safety Application(CSI)item nor is it a commercial item. The acquisition is unrestricted other than full & open competition. This item is sole source to Parker Hannifin Corporation. This is a source controlled item; DLA intends to place an order against Parker Hannifin's current BOA. The Government does not possess the technical data for this National Stock Number to evaluate alternate offers.
