- Description
- The United States Government seeks to lease contiguous, one-level office space consisting of a minimum of 11,006 ANSI/BOMA useable square feet to a maximum of 11,556 ANSI/BOMA useable square feet. If space is located above the first floor, it must be served by a minimum of two (2) elevators. One reserved onsite parking space is required. Space must meet any and all requirement of the Request for Lease Proposals package and be located within Bridgeport/Trumbull, CT, within the following delineated area: NORTH: Route 15 (Merritt Parkway) including Route 8 to Stratford, CT town line (end at West border and East border); SOUTH: State Street via Main Street Bridgeport (end at West border and East border); E AST: Route 8 via Trumbull/Stratford town line (end at South border via Main Street); WEST: Lafayette Boulevard via Fairfield Avenue to Main Street to Jewett Avenue to Madison Avenue (end at North border). For a map of the delineated area, please request one via email from Howard Traul at his email address noted below. The proposed lease is for ten (10) years, seven (7) years firm and should be fully serviced and meet Government requirements. EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST MUST BE SUBMITTED IN WRITING NO LATER THAN 5:00 PM EST on December 26, 2012 AND INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION: •1) Building name and address, and location of space in the building. •2) Legal description •3) Drawing of space offered. •4) ANSI/BOMA defined Office Area Square Feet •5) Rentable Square Feet Offered •6) Percentage of Common Area Factor used to Determine the Rentable Square Feet •7) Number of parking spaces available on the premises. •8) Name, address, telephone number, and email address of individual to be contacted. Submission by other than the owner or manager of a property must be accompanied by a letter from the ownership granting permission to make a general offering of space. In instances where the Offeror is representing more than one property, the Offeror is hereby notified that they may only participate in negotiations on behalf of one owner. Please include reference to 6CT0049(a). AUTHORIZED CONTACTS: In no event shall the Offeror enter into negotiations or discussions concerning the space to be leased with representatives of any Federal Agency other than the officers and employees of General Services Administration (GSA) or their authorized representative.
