Description

The U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) intends to award a purchase order on a sole source basis to Sesame Software, Inc. for annual license and maintenance of Sesame Relational Junction software. The SEC intends to award a purchase order for one (1) Base Year and four (4) Option years to Sesame. The total value for the base and all Options shall be below the Simplified Acquisition Threshold. In accordance with FAR Part 13.106-1(b), the contracting officer has determined that Sesame Software is the only source that can meet's the SEC's requirement. The Sesame Relational Junction Software is currently the only software tool available to retrieve external Salesforce.com data and replicate it within the SEC. The SEC intends to award a purchase order to Sesame on or about January 3, 2013. This notice is not a competitive request for proposals. A competitive solicitation will not be issued. However, the government will give consideration to interested parties that identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals by the response date of this notice.
