- Exhibit C Exhibit B State of Idaho Workers Comp form Wage Determination RFQ Solicitation package SF-1449 Correction: The intent is to award a firm-fixed priced Purchase Order. Services are solicited for White Pine Scion, Pollen and Cone Collection. Services include collection of scion, monitoring and collecting pollen, and collecting cones. The work will take place in Western White Pine Plus trees that have previously been identified. The heights of the trees to be climbed are between 60-125 feet. Location is the Idaho Panhandle and Clearwater National Forests. The contract will be for a Base Year with 2 Option Years. Estimated start date February 2013. Solicitaiton issued 12/13/2012, Quote due 1/15/2013.
