Description

NSN: 2540-20-006-2257 - Armor, Supplemental, being bought in accordance with Armatec Survivability Corp. /L0782 (Canada) with P/N: AC86803-18. Based on market research this item is not commercial and will be solicited using FAR Part 15. The required quantity is 9 each to be shipped to (SW3121) Albany, GA ZIP CODE 31704-3019. FOB Origin and inspection acceptance at Origin is required. This solicitation will be available on the Internet at http://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/rfp after the issue date of 01/07/2013. Hard copies of this solicitation are not available. There are no technical drawings/bid sets available. This solicitation is not set-aside for small business. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance, per provisions (52.215-9C09, 52.211-9051, and 52.215-9022). The required delivery is 147 days. Best commercial packaging is acceptable. All offers shall be in the English language and in US dollars.
