Description

J & A The Office of Naval Intelligence intends to award a sole-source contract to renew annual Symphony software maintenance to SIRSIDYNIX under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. It is anticipated that the award will be for a base year and 2 option years. Provision 52.217-5, Evaluation of Options, pertains. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes. However, all information received, will be reviewed by the Government, on whether or not to conduct a competitive procurement for future requirements. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Parties may express their interest via e-mail. Additionally, the contractor shall report ALL contractor labor hours (including subcontractor labor hours) required for performance of services provided under this contract for Symphony license renewal via a secure data collection site. The contractor is required to completely fill in all required data fields using the following web address https://doncmra.nmci.navy.mil.
