- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is W912EQ-13-Q-0011 and is being issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). This procurement is being issued as a 100% Small Business Set Aside. The associated NAICS code is 336611 with 1000 employee size standard. All responsible sources may submit a quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. Quotes may be submitted in hard copy or electronically, either through regular mail, email, or by facsimile. Regardless of method of delivery, it is the offeror's responsibility to ensure receipt of quotes by the time and date stated herein. Contractors shall submit a lump sum quotation on attached Request for Quote (RFQ) to include all charges for the following items to be delivered in accordance with specifications below: Contractor shall provide all labor, equipment and materials to straighten, restore to pitch and balance the propellers aboard the Dredge Hurley Motor Vessel and the Tender Ward Motor Vessel. The propellers shall be picked up, repaired and returned to Ensley Engineer Yard at 2915 Riverport Road, Memphis, TN 38109 within 30-45 days of award. CLIN 0001: Dredge Hurley 74 X 95 (3 EA) CLIN 0002: Tender Ward 43.307 X 40.157 (2EA) SEE ATTACHMENTS: Attachment 1 - RFQ Attachment 2 - Photos Normal business hours at Ensley Engineering Yard are 0700-1500 Monday through Thursday and 0700-1400 Friday. Deliveries - Quick turnaround is necessary in order for the Government to fulfill its mission. Therefore, all work must be completed within 30-45 days of award and must be coordinated with Government POC prior to commencement of work. Contractor shall submit completed clause 52.212-3, Offerors Representation and Certifications, Commercial Items.
