- The following requests are designed to apprise the US Army Corps of Engineers, San Francisco District, of any prospective construction contractors' project execution capabilities. Please provide your response to the following. The submission is limited to 5 pages. 1) Offeror's name, address, point of contact, phone number, and e-mail address. 2) Offeror's business size: • Small Business, • HUBZone, • Service Disabled Veteran Owned • 8(a) 3) Interested parties must have the capability and equipment necessary for the following work: 1. General. 1.1 Scope. Work shall consist of furnishing all labor necessary to produce media & marketing materials for the promotion of events at the Bay Model Visitor Center, 2100 Bridgeway, Sausalito California 94965, telephone (415)332-3871. ALL WORK SHALL BE PERFORMED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE SPECIFICATIONS CONTAINED HEREIN, AND TO THE SATISFACTION OF THE CONTRACTING OFFICER OR HIS AUTHORIZED REPRESENTATIVE. 1.2 Contract Area. Work that shall be performed is listed below but not limited to: 1.2.1 Environmental Education 1.2.2 Volunteer Recruitment 1.2.3 Speaker Series 1.2.4 Special Events 1.2.5. Website Design and management 1.2.6. Press Release design and distribution 1.2.7 Data Base Management 1.2.8 Bi-monthly Calendar Design 1.2.9 Program postings to environmental education websites 2. DESCRIPTION OF WORK: EQUIPMENT MAINTENANCE & REPAIR 2.1 Contractor shall provide all labor to perform the marketing & media services for the Bay Model Visitor Center. This list is included under Contract Area 1.5.1 2.1.a Will maintain mailing list database for Bay Model Visitor Center. 2.1.b Contractor will coordinate the production of the bi-monthly program guide with the Park Manager or their designee and coordinate all procedures shall provide technical staging area for presentations to insure professional audio/visual programs. 2.1.c Contractor will coordinate all printing with DAPS. 2.1.d Contractor shall enter all programs and events on various environmental education websites as directed by the Park Manager. 2.1.e Contractor shall work with the park Manager on details as it relates to the Bay Model Visitor website and coordinate all updates with the District website coordinator. 2.1.f Contractor will work with Park Manager on designing various flyers and or outreach materials as it relates to various events at the Bay Model. 3. COST ESTIMATES. A cost estimate for any work outside the regular assignments will be submitted to the Park manager prior to proceeding with work. 4. PROTECTION OF BUILDINGS, EQUIPMENT AND VEGETATION 4.1 Protection of US Government Facilities. The Contractor shall be responsible for restoring any US Government facilities or structures damaged as a result of his/her operations. Reasonable care shall be used to avoid damage to existing structure, equipment, and vegetation in the recreation area and in other areas of the property. Any such damage shall be repaired, or the items replaced, as directed by the Contracting Officer at no cost to the US Government. If the Contractor does not make such a repair or replacement, the cost thereof will be deducted from payments to be made to him/her. The Contractor shall advise the Contracting Officer of any damage to the facilities due to vandalism or other causes on the day he/she first notices the damage. 4.2 Removal of Materials and Rubbish. Before the end of the Contractor's work day, all equipment, signs, and materials shall be returned to their respective storage areas. No equipment is to be left out after the Contractor is finished for the day. 5. SPECIAL HOURS. Special hours may be required on occasion, and will be scheduled in advance.
