- Solicitation Packaging Requirements (AFMC Form 158) Engineering Data List (EDL) THIS NOTICE HAS BEEN MODIFIED TO CHANGE THE ISSUANCE DATE FROM 15 NOV 2012 TO 14 DEC 2012. RESPONSE DATE IS NOW CHANGED TO 14 JAN 2013. ALL INTERESTED PARTIES ARE WELCOME TO SUBMIT AN OFFER. This is a notice of intent that WR-ALC anticipates issuing a firm fixed price contract for procurement of 3 each for Wrench Special, NSN: 5120-01-494-8728, P/N: 856A1000G08. This equipment is in support of F108-CF-100 Engine. Equipment Items are to be delivered to Tinker AFB, OK within 120 day after contract award. Interested person(s) may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit an offer/proposal. This notice of intent is for a Request for Quote (RFQ) or competitive offer/proposal. This acquisition is set aside for Small Business (SB). All offers/proposals received within the thirty days after issuance of solicitation, or 45 days after the publication date of this synopsis will be considered. SOLICITATION WILL BE ISSUED 15 DAYS AFTER THE PUBLICATION DATE OF THIS SYNOPSIS OR BY 15 NOV 2012. OMBUDSMAN: All potential offeror(s) should contact the buyer/PCO identified above for additional information and/or to communicate concerns, if any, concerning this acquisition. If the contracting officer does not satisfy your concerns, an Ombudsman has been appointed to hear serious concerns that are not resolved through established channels. The purpose of the Ombudsman is not to diminish the authority of the program director or contracting officer, but to communicate serous contractor concerns, issues, disagreements, and recommendations to the appropriate government personnel. When requested, the Ombudsman will maintain strict confidentiality as to the source of the concern. The Ombudsman does not participate in the evaluation of proposals or in the source selection process. When appropriate, potential offeror(s) may contact Ombudsman Kim McDonald, at 478-222-1088.
