Description

The Peace Corps is planning to solicit from a single source to acquire Worldview Magazines, period of performance: 30 Dec 2012 - 29 Dec 2013. Accordingly, the Peace Corps intends to award a contract to National Peace Corps Association (NPCA) for the purpose of purchasing Worldview Magazines and distributing copies among actively serving Peace Corps Volunteers. The proposed contract action is for services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only the above designated source under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1). This notice of intent is NOT a request for competitive proposals. However, all responsible sources may submit a proposal which may be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received may be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
