- The Department of Veteran Affairs- Psychosocial Recovery Programs (PSR), located in Madison, WI, desires to lease up to 7000 sq ft of office space in the Madison, WI area for use as administrative and clinical office space. The area of consideration is within a two mile radius of 2500 Overlook Terrace. The preferred space must be handicapped accessible. Space must be ready for occupancy by June 30, 2013. The following are the space requirements: 1 reception area, 1 waiting room, 3 private office size rooms, 3 shared offices, 3 storage areas, 1 medication room, 1 housekeeping closet, 1 IT closet, 1 staff break room, 1 staff locker with shower, 1 computer lab, 20 cubicle space, 5 consult rooms, 1 conference room w/kitchen, 1 conference room, and 1supply room. In the office space or in a common area, 1 male and 1 female handicapped accessible bathroom. On site or immediately adjacent to the property parking for a minimum of 30 parking stalls is required and a capacity for 2 handicapped spaces is desired. Space must be within 2 blocks of a bus line with all day service. Space must meet all local, state, and Federal handicapped accessibility codes.
