- NAVSEA Indian Head on behalf of Naval Explosive Ordance Disposal Technology Division (NAVEODTECHDIV) has a requirement for Depot Services for the MK 2 series of the Man Transportable Robotic Series (MTRS). The successful offeror will be required to provide Depot Level Repair Services, Quality Assurance, Metrics Tracking and reporting, Catalog Logistics Tracking System (COLTS) data entry and implement Government approved Configuration Management and Engineering Enhancements to support the MTRS MK 2 series in accordance with the PWS. The requirement is being conducted under full and open competition with a 25% mandatory small business subcontracting goal. This procurement will be conducted on a best value basis. The government intends to award a single contract as a result of this solicitation. The FSC code is J099, the NAICS code is 811310, and the size standard is $7,000,000.00. This synopsis is being posted to both Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) page located as www.fedbizops.gov and the Navy Electronic Commerce Online (NECO) site located at www.neco.navy.mil. While it is understood that FBO is the single point of entry for posting of synopsis and solicitations to the internet, NECO is the alternative in case FBO is unavailable. Please feel free to use either site to access information posted by the Naval Sea Systems Command. Copies of the issued soliciation can only be obtained by downloading them, copies of soliciations will not be emailed, faxed, mailed, or provided in person. Solicitation is expected to be posted by the end of January. NOTE: All offerors will be ineligible for ward unless they have registered in DOD ™s System for Award Management database. Offerors may obtain information on registration via the internet at www.sam.gov.
