Bids and copies of licenses must mail to the Purchasing Department Bamberg Job Corps Center 19 Job Corps Avenue, P.O. Box 967 Bamberg, South Carolina 29003 or Faxed to: 803-245-6310. Bidding will close January 17, 2011 at 5:00 p.m. eastern time Requirements: Proof of Medical license, insurance, and DEA license. Dental Hygienist: Please submit a competitive bid for 9 hours per week providing Dental work for the Bamberg Job Corps Center. Bidding will close January 17, 2011 at 5:00 p.m. eastern time Requirements: Proof of license & insurance Mental Health Consultant: Please submit a competitive bid for 11 hours per week providing Mental Health Services at the Bamberg Job Corps Center. Bids and copies of licenses must mail to the Purchasing Department Bamberg Job Corps Center 19 Job Corps Avenue, P.O. Box 967 Bamberg, South Carolina 29003 or Faxed to: 803-245-6310. Bidding will close January 17, 2011 at 5:00 p.m. eastern time Requirements: Proof of license & insurance Sub-Contract will be for a term of 5 months beginning March 1, 2013 to July 31, 2013. Final bids and resumes must be submitted to Purchasing in writing final date January 17, 2013 at 5:00 p.m. eastern time. Any bids received after 5:00 p.m. on January 17, 2013 will not be considered.
