ACH Vendor Payment Form Trade Agreements Clause Nov2012 Trade Agreements Certificate Representations & Certifications Cover Letter/Solicitation Doc CT2115-13 This is a solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.2 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; offers are being requested and the solicitation will be available at the Federal Business Opportunities website. The solicitation number is CT2115-13 and this solicitation is issued as a Request for Proposals (RFP). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-63. The North American Industry Classification System code is 313320 Fabric Coating Mills, the SBA small business size standard is 1,000 employees. This requirement is unrestricted. UNICOR, Federal Prison Industries, Inc. intends to enter into a two-year, firm-fixed-price with 2 one-year options, Requirements type contract for the following commercial item: Ticking, synthetic fabric, vinyl/polyester, laminated, weight 12.5 OZ per square yard for sale to the GSA and other federal agencies.
