- THIS PRE-SOLICITATION IS REPLACING A PREVIOUS NOTICE FOR THE SAME FUTURE SOLCITATION N65540-12-R-0003. THE ONLY CHANGE IS THE NEW SOLICITATION NUMBER N65540-13-R-0029. The Naval Surface Warfare Center Carderock Division (NSWCCD) Philadelphia, PA intends to issue a solicitation using full and open competition to procure the following: 45 each Digital Video Surveillance System (Shipsets) in support of the DDG Modernization program; 10 Each Digital Video Surveillance System (DVSS) training sets; and associated engineering and technical support services. It is intended to award a Cost Plus Fixed Fee, indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity contract with a 5 year ordering period. The forthcoming solicitation will require offerors to submit cost proposals as well as technical including past performance information. The solicitation, along with all attachments, will only be available in electronic format at http://www.neco.navy.mil. All interested parties may download the solicitation and any amendments after the release date of the solicitation. All responsible sources are encouraged to submit an offer which will be considered by NSWCCD Philadelphia. The applicable NAICS Code is 541330.
