- This is a synopsis for a commercial acquisition (Reference FAR Part 12). AFLCMC/WF (Air Force Security Assistance and Cooperation Directorate) has a requirement for (2) BAK 12 Above Grade Fixed Hook Cable Systems, (1) BAK-12/61QSIIM/HP-30A1 Net Barrier System and Spare Parts. The proposed contract will be awarded using full and open competition. This service will be conducted in Morocco. The government intends to make a single award to the offeror that represents the best overall value considering price and past performance. Solicitation No. FA8630-13-R-5006 is issued as a Request for Proposal. It is advertised with a North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code of 336413. The solicitation will be issued electronically on or about January 7, 2012 at www.fbo.gov. Questions regarding the solicitation must be received by January 29, 2012.
