- The government intends to negotiate an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Type Contract with Firm Fixed Pricing for Shipboard Piping Material in support of the NAVSEA Shipboard Habitability Improvement Program for Norfolk Ship Support Activity (NSSA). The delivered items shall conform to Military Performance Specifications as required by the Norfolk Ship Support Activity (NSSA). This requirement will be procured in accordance with FAR Subpart 15 Contracting by Negotiation and be conducted as a 100% set-aside for small business concerns. The Government intends to use FAR Part 12 for this requirement. The period of performance for the resulting contract will be a base year plus the possibility for four (4) additional option years. The applicable North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 332919 and the corresponding Federal Supply Code (FSC) is 4730. The contractor shall provide Shipboard Piping Material as directed and funded on individual delivery orders. A complete RFP package will be available on or around 23 January 2013 by downloading the documents at the NECO https://www.neco.navy.mil/ and FedBizOps website as follows: http: //www.fbo.com. By submitting a quote, the vendor will be self-certifying that neither the requestor nor the principal corporate officials and owners are currently suspended, or debarred, or otherwise ineligible to receive contracts from any Federal Agency.
