Description

The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Consolidated Mail Outpatient Pharmacy (CMOP) has an EMERGENCY requirement to procure 1,000,000 tablets of Finasteride 5mg. for the Chelmsford, MA, CMOP facility. The NAICS code for this solicitation is 325412 and the small business size standard is 750 employees. The Government anticipates awarding a firm fixed price contract, and reserves the right to make multiple awards if such are favorable to the Government. All responsible sources may submit a quotation, which if timely received, shall be considered by this agency. PLEASE RESPOND WITH QUANTITY ON HAND! Solicitation Package VA797M-13-Q-0083 shall be posted on Federal Business Opportunities (FedBizOpps) on or about December 18, 2012. No solicitation packages will be mailed. Responses must be concise and be specifically directed to the requirement referenced above. It is the offeror's responsibility to monitor the FedBizOpps website for changes or amendments.
