- Pursuant to FAR Subpart 13.106-1(b)(1), the U.S. Army, MEDCOM, Western Regional Contracting Office(WRCO), Tacoma, WA, intends to issue a sole source award to Aegis Spin in the amount of $26,000.00 for implants. The Surgeon has determined that these products will best meet the patient's specific medical needs/requirements. ALL PRODUCTS MUST BE FDA APPROVED and meet the surgeons' and the patients' specific medical needs/requirements. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to future requirements. This notice is not a request for proposal and no solicitation will be issued. Responses received will be used for future acquisitions. Information can be sent to the Purchasing Agent Denise.Miller@us.army.mil. No telephone or facsimile requests will be accepted. This procurement will be prepared in accordance with FAR Part 13, using Simplified Acquisition Procedures.
