Description

DESCRIPTION: The VA Nebraska Western Iowa Health Care System is seeking to award an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract to a vendor to conduct hazardous and nonhazardous waste transport and disposal. The vendor shall provide the following: 1.Disposal, lab pack, transfer and removal services for hazardous and nonhazardous waste 2.Be responsible for cleanup of spills and leaks created by contractor 3.Maintain and provide reports and records 4.Maintain proper license and permits 5.Disposal of all waste in accordance with all federal, state, and local requirements The VA Medical Center is soliciting a Firm-Fixed price IDIQ contract with a performance period to include a Base Year from 01/21/2013 - 01/20/2014 with four 1 Year Option Periods available to the Government. The NAICS Code is 562211 and the size standard is $12.5 Million. Award will be based on lowest price. The solicitation will be available on or about December 19, 2012. All relevant solicitation documents may be accessible to view on the date of issue at the following website: http://www.fbo.gov which will include the SOW containing the, pricing schedule, requirements and necessary information. Any amendments to the solicitation will be posted solely on this website. It is the responsibility of the offeror to verify the number of amendments issued. All interested parties MUST be registered in the SAM. If you are not registered with SAM, you may access at http://www.sam.gov. All quotes received by 10:00 A.M.
