- The Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) intends to issue solicitation N00024-13-R-4404 for execution planning and accomplishment of CNO scheduled availabilities for specific LHA and LHD Class ships homeported in and visiting the San Diego, CA area. The requirements include execution planning, accomplishment of CNO scheduled availabilities and continuous/emergent maintenance efforts. A cost type contract is contemplated. The solicitation will be posted electronically under the solicitation number N00024-13-R-4404 on or about 4 January 2013. This synopsis is being posted to both the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) page located at http://www.fbo.gov and the Navy Electronic Commerce On Line (NECO) site located at http://www.neco.navy.mil. While it is understood that FBO is the single Government point of entry (GPE) for posting of synopses and solicitations to the internet, NECO is the alternative in case FBO is unavailable.
