- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with FAR Subpart 12.6 and 13 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quotations (RFQ) under solicitation number RFQ-PA-13-W0002. Award will be made using Simplified Acquisition Procedures in accordance with FAR Part 13.
