- This presolicitation notice is a continuation of Solicitation No. W91WAW-13-R-0061. Due to a technical error in our system, the new solicitation number is W91WAW-13-R-0018. All additional information will be posted under solicitation number W91WAW-13-R-0018. The US Army Contracting Command, National Capital Region (ACC-NCR) on behalf of the Army Office of the Surgeon General (OTSG) intends to procure Information Technology Support Services (ITSS) using a 100% set aside for small business. The Government anticipates award of a firm fixed price contract. The NAICS code for this requirement is 541513 with a size standard of $25.5 million. The period of performance is a base period of eight months and two twelve month options. A Sources Sought was posted for this requirement under number W91WAW-12-R-0061. No other synopsis will be posted for this requirement. 1. The release date for the written Request for Proposal (RFP) is 19 December 2012. 2. Questions will be due no later than 11:00 A.M. EST Thursday, 03 January 2012. The RFP number will be W91WAW-13-R-0018. No hard copies of the RFP will be issued and all amendments will be posted and must be retrieved from this website. The RFP must be retrieved and downloaded from the Army Single Face to Industry (ASFI) Acquisition Business Website -- https://acquisition.army.mil/asfi/, select the Contracting Opportunities Search button, then select the desired RFP and click Process or through FedBizOpps Website. No hard copies of the RFP will be issued and all amendments will be posted and must be retrieved from this website. No solicitation mailing list will be compiled. Responses to the RFP must be submitted by email to the POC identified below. Contractors are responsible for all costs for producing and mailing their proposals. No phone calls will be accepted.
