- Group 2 Item 2 NSN 7920-00-165-7277 (IPD Dated 11/14/12) This solicitation is for the procurement of four (2) National Stock Numbers (NSNs) 7920-00-165-7277 - Brush, Dusting and 7920-01-604-3307 - Brush, Wire under a Standing Quote Agreement (SQA). Please see the attached solicitation for a complete description of these NSN(s). Offerors must meet the conditions listed in the solicitation. Award will be made in the aggregate (per Group) to the offeror who represents the best value to the Government utilizing the following evaluation factors: technical acceptability, and price. Period of performance is for 2 years not to exceed 5-years or $150,000. Procurement is set-aside for small business concerns. If responding to this Request for Quotation, complete and return the entire package. (To include all the necessary documents) by the time specified in block 10 of the RFQ.
