- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This is a solicitation W81K00-13-R-0007 of purchase request W90H3Q22757008 issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-53 and DFARS DPN 20110629. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 423450. Size standard is 500 employees. This RFP is being issued as Firm Fixed Price, Unrestricted. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which shall be considered by the agency. The requirements of this solicitation are for portable x-ray machines. The delivery date is on or about 28 Feb 13. In an effort to continue to provide worldclass healthcare to the warfighter, Southern Regional Contracting Office intends to procure protable x-ray machines for the Deputy Chief of Staff - Medical Command Surgeon US Army South, Fort Sam Houston, Texas.
