- Description
- DLA MARITIME PUGET SOUND intends to procure four (4) each, Industrial Duty, 125 HP Portable, Centrifugal, Silenced Ventilation Blower Fans. The blower fans will be used to exhaust fumes and potentially explosive gases from confined spaces and other areas. This solicitation will be issued as a commercial RFP in accordance with FAR Parts 12 and 15. The applicable NAICS Code is 333413. The resultant award will be a firm fixed-price supply contract for delivery to Puget Sound Naval Shipyard (PSNS)and Immediate Maintenance Facility (IMF), Bremerton, WA. The requirement will utilize low -price, technically acceptable evaluation. Offers wishing to submit an offer are responsible for downloading their own copy of the RFP and for frequently monitoring the site for any amendments. The solicitation number for this requirement is SPMYM2-13-R-0007. It is anticipated that the solicitation will be available for download on 21 December 2012. The closing date of the solicitation will be on 11 January 2013 at 2:00PM Pacific Local Time, unless a later date is specified in the solicitation. The RFP will be posted on the Navy Electronic Commerce Online (NECO) web link at https://www.neco.navy.mil and will also be available for download at http://www.fedbizopps.gov/. A bidders list will not be maintained by this office, no telephone or fax requests for the RFP package will be accepted. Failure to respond to the electronically posted RFP and associated amendments prior to the date and time set for receipt of quotes may render vendor offer non-responsive and result in rejection of the same.
