- The Mission and Installation Contracting Command Fort Bliss, TX (MICC Fort Bliss) intends to award a sole source purchase order for Radio Equipment to Harris Corporation, 1680 University Avenue, Rochester NY, 14610-1839. Authority cited: Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 13.106 1(b) Only One Source is capable of providing the supplies or services required at the level or quality required because the supplies or services are unique or highly specialized. The proposed acquisition will result in a firm fixed price purchase order. The delivery location is Fort Bliss, TX 79916 and the proposed terms are FOB destination. The NAICS code is 334220 and the SBA size standard is 750 employees. Information received will be considered for the purpose of determining whether the government will conduct a competitive procurement. A determination not to compete this proposed acquisition based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. All qualified sources may submit a response, which if timely received, will be considered by the MICC Fort Bliss. The government does not intend to pay for information provided by an agency. Facsimile submissions and oral communications are not acceptable in response to this notice. Written responses shall provide evidence that the offeror can provide all of the requirements. Responses must be received no later than December 26, 2012, 3:00 am, Mountain Time Zone.
