Solicitation number VA786-12-R-0018 This Presolicitation Notice is issued as unrestricted The Department of Veteran Affairs, National Cemetery Administration, (NCA) requires the services of a contractor to provide and install Graveliners for Willamette National Cemetery, 11800 SE MT. Scott Blvd, Portland OR, 97086-6937. Although this presolicitation is unrestricted, as a SDVOSB, you are required to complete the Veterans Online Business Registry (VETBIZ) registration at http://www.vip.vetbiz.gov and all awardees must be registered at the System for Award Management website at http://www.sam.gov. No telephone inquiries will be accepted. Any questions should be sent via email to Joselito Roman, Contracting Officer, at Joselito.Roman@VA.Gov. Electronic solicitations will be available for download from http://www.FedBizOpps.gov on or about December 20, 2012. Responses to the solicitation are due by 2:30 p.m., January 10, 2012.
