- The purpose of this amendment is the extend the closing/response date of the solicitation to 03 January 2013 at 12:00 PM EST, provide answers to the questions which were asked by due date, and provide an updated list of periodicals/journals subscriptions. Please remember to provide your pricing within the solicitation and the list of periodicals/journals subscriptions. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. W91249-13-R-0001 is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). The closing date and time of this solicitation is 03 January 2013, 12:00 pm EST. Questions regarding this solicitation must be submitted by NLT 13 December 2012, 4:00 pm. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-37. This acquisition is set aside for 100% Total Small Business competition, under NAICS Code: 511120, Size standard: 500 Employees. The requirements in this solicitation, Periodicals/Journals Subscriptions, as specified in solicitation W91249-13-R-0001 shall comply with all clauses throughout this solicitation and can be viewed by accessing website: http://farsite.hill.af.mil.
